Carpet Cleaning Packages

Standard Package

This package is recommended for those customers needing a complete cleaning without reapplying any carpet protectant, however, the protectant can be added.

John uses a stiff edge brush to pull dust & dirt away from edges.

Doug uses Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction to flush away suspended soils to leave the carpets clean and bright.

  • Pre-Inspection: Our technicians will pre-inspect areas you wish to be cleaned.

  • Furniture Moving**: Furniture will be carefully moved and replaced on special protector tabs to prevent rust or furniture stains.

  • Edge Brush: A stiff edge brush is used to pull dust & dirt away from edges.

  • Professional Vacuuming: A commercial, heavy duty vacuum will be used to remove dry, abrasive gritty, fiber damaging soils.

  • Pre-Treatment: Carpets will be treated with special eco-friendly cleaning agents to break down and suspend difficult soils prior to extraction with our truck mounted system (or encapsulation with our low-moisture system).

  • Sanitizing Deodorizer: Carpets will be treated with a sanitizing deodorizer to help remove germs and odors. Carpets will be left clean, sanitary and smelling as clean as they look.

  • Spotting: Special spotting agents will be used to attempt to remove any difficult or persistent spots.

  • Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction: When using our truck mounted system, suspended soils will be quickly flushed away out of your carpet and your home by our hot water extraction process. Your carpets will be left clean, bright and without damage or soil attracting residues.

  • Final Finishing: We will carefully set the pile of your carpet for maximum appearance, softness and rapid drying. Carpet will be left with a beautiful, finished look!

Deluxe Package

Our Deluxe Package includes baseboard cleaning which will leave your baseboards looking fresh and bright!

This package is recommended for those customers needing a complete cleaning of the STANDARD PACKAGE (see above) PLUS the following additional benefits:

  • Baseboard Cleaning: When we move your furniture, we will also clean the dust and soil from exposed baseboards.

  • Carpet Finish Protector: We will reapply Carpet Finish Protection to your carpet for maximum spill and soil protection. This extends life of carpet fiber, makes cleaning easier and helps prevent staining.

  • Free 1- 8oz bottle of Spot Remover

Premium Package

Our Premium Package includes courtesy clean up of spots & spills.

This package is recommended for those customers needing a complete cleaning of the DELUXE PACKAGE (see above) PLUS the following additional benefit:

  • 3 Month “Spot & Spill” Warranty: We will do courtesy clean up limited to spots/spills in areas from your previous cleaning and reapply our Carpet Finish Protector after cleaning.



Move IN/Move OUT Package

Our Move IN / Move OUT Package is for empty residential, commercial, or rental properties.

This package is for EMPTY residential, commercial, or rental properties. This package is recommended for those customers needing a complete cleaning without applying any carpet protectant, however, the protectant can be added. You will still have the pre-inspection, NO moving of furniture, edge brushing, pre-treatment, sanitizing deodorizer, spotting, and either low moisture Encapsulation or Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction (depending on access), and final finishing.

Other Carpet Cleaning Options

Low Moisture Process

For customers who live in high rise apartments or desire a low moisture cleaning using our Encapsulation process, which has a faster dry time. You will still have the pre-inspection, furniture moving**, edge brushing, pre-treatment, spotting, and final finishing. Note: The Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction is replaced with our low moisture Encapsulation process.

Restorative Process

Our Restorative Process is a perfect add-on for those with furry members of the family.

This can be added to any package. You will still have the pre-inspection, furniture moving**, edge brushing, pre-treatment, sanitizing deodorizer, spotting, either low moisture Encapsulation or Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction (depending on access), and final finishing. We use a dual rotating brush agitator and then the soil is extracted.

This is recommended for:

  • Heavy Traffic Areas

  • Your last carpet cleaning is greater than 3 years

  • There is above average Pet usage and Pet hair present
