Q: How long will my carpets take to dry?

A: Up to 24 hours. In most cases it will be dry in 4-6 hours. This depends upon the humidity, temperature of the home, the density of the fiber and how soiled the carpet is. To speed drying, use fans, open windows in rooms cleaned 2-3 inches; turn on heater (70-72 degree) and on warmer days, leave the air conditioner on.

Q: Can I walk on my carpet after cleaning?

A: Yes. Use the shoe covers we provide and use extreme caution when walking from damp carpet to any hard surfaces. Hard surface floors will be slippery.

Q: What is the "Healthy Home" Program?

A: You get every other cleaning for 1/2 price. If you have 4 annual cleanings and 5 1/2 price cleanings, then your 5th annual cleaning is absolutely free.

Q: Do you move furniture?

A: Yes in most instances we can move furniture. We will NOT move electronics, filled curio cabinets or antiques, or heavy furniture that cannot be easily moved using our sliders. Please indicate at the time of booking what furniture may need moved to confirm if we are able to do so.

Q: Do you clean furniture?

A: Yes. We are professional upholstery cleaners.
**Save an additional 10% if you add a sofa, loveseat or two chairs the same day as your carpet and/or tile and grout cleaning services.

Q: Can you remove pet odor & stains?

A: In some cases the stain may be permanent, but we can take care of the odor. This will be an additional charge.
We can offer a free audit of the carpet, which can be done if it is a questionable odor/unknown or a long standing situation in order to best advise you what your options are for cleaning. Ask at the time of booking.

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning process?

A: No. You are welcome to leave after the paperwork has been signed and we are paid. Our technicians are fully insured.

Q: How long does it take to clean the carpet?

A: Depending on how large the room is, about 10-30 minutes per room.

Q: Do you pre-spot?

A: All pre-spotting, pre-spraying and pre-conditioning of the traffic areas and spots is included with the price of your cleaning.

Q: What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A:- Please give us 48 hours notice. A $75.00 cancellation fee applies if 48 hours notice is not given. You can schedule an appointment as far in advance as you would like.

Q: How often do I need to clean my carpet?

A: Every 3-6 months for multi resident homes with pets and at least once per year for single resident homes.
